Our Company, G-Wood Enterprises, LLC., was founded with the goal of creating places and programs that empower our community to grow and flourish. Started in 2005 by Marlene Gatewood-Allen, we ran food pop ups, helped organize street cleanups, and learned a critical lesson on how we could best serve our neighbors:

Being your best self requires the space, safety, and resources to try new things without worrying about being in danger, or going bankrupt. It requires a home, a place where you can have the freedom of thought to work, relax, and learn as you please.

So in 2017, Robert Gatewood launched Full Spectrum: GamerHaven, a hyperlocal coworking space that supported students, makers, and game enthusiasts with snacks, technology, and a low overhead for use of everything available. It grew into a more proper small-business and creative support space (called the Gatewood Work/Share) when our members showed us what they wanted. Learn more about our time at 818 East 185th here.

And now, in 2020, we take everything we’ve learned and done in the past and bring it under one roof at the Gatewood Home/Share.
