PROGRAM INFORMATION

Gatewood Home/Share partners with local creative organizations to host programs & activities that inspire young people to grow and share their talents. 

Stars of Tomorrow Youth Karaoke Competition 2022 is a collaborative effort between Gatewood Home/Share and Production Plus Productions, LLC. They are a licensed booking agency in the United States and Canada.

This partnership  provides a platform and creates the opportunity for youth ages 10 to 16 years old to showcase their talents in front of their friends and families for a chance to win cash & prizes and also be recognized as the Collinwood Youth Karaoke Champion! 

Registration begins February 4, 2022. Call 216-471-8575 for registration. 

A  total of six auditions will be held beginning Sunday, February 13, 2022. Then five consecutives Sundays through March 20, 2022. The registration fee is $10 per entry. Auditions and competitions will be held at the Gatewood Home/Share facility located at 532 East 185th Street, Cleveland, OH 44119.

Contestants perform up to two minutes in front of the judges, up to three times per each registration. There will be three judges per qualifying level and 5 judges at the Finals.

Music Categories: R&B, Hip Hop, Rock, Rap, Gospel, Country. No vulgarity allowed.
Contestants may also audition to be an MC.

Performances will be judged on overall performance, vocal ability, appearance, stage presence, and audience response. All decisions are final. Any unsavory language or hostility from a contestant or their representatives or guardians are grounds for disqualification and the registration fee will not be refunded.

Competition Dates

Preliminaries - Sunday March 27, 2022

Quarter Finals - Sunday April 10, 2022

Semi Finals - Sunday May 15, 2022

Finals - Sunday June 26, 2022

The top 24 contestants selected from the preliminary round will move on to the quarter finals.

The top 16 contestants from the quarter finals will advance to the semi-finals.

The top 10 contestants from the Semi-Finals advance to the Finals. The top 3 finalists will win the prizes listed. 

Prizes

First Place $200 Cash and a spot in an upcoming Production Plus Productions, LLC. Event

Second Place $75 Cash and a monthly membership to GamerHaven 

Third Place $25 Cash and a coupon from an East 185th Street local eatery
